About Glenn Duker, Lawyer

Glenn Duker was a gifted and studious student at Mentone Grammar. Not only was he an accomplished athlete, but he was also a passionate member of the school debating team and thrived on a burning desire to win.

He was competitive and intelligent, and his strong ability to persuade with words eventually led him to pursue a career in law. Furthermore, he grew up with Christian values, giving him an innate need to do the right thing and fight for the underdog.

Glenn Duker gained a degree in Arts and Law from Melbourne University in the mid 1990s. He then started his career as an associate at Maddock Lonie Chisholm, where he developed his interest and honed his skills in property law, litigation and commercial law.

Not long after, solicitor Glenn Duker closed the chapter on Maddock Lonie Chisholm to form Duker and Associates in the late 1990s. He ran a productive business at the turn of the century, and was involved in a number of trademark law cases.

Settle It Legal, a law firm that aimed to settle disputes out of court through mediation, was then established in Gold Coast, Queensland not long after. It is through this innovative approach that Glenn Duker would go on to practise law in his future endeavours.
